Growing Pains…

The Glass Menagerie is going to be making some changes, some of which we’ve already started, and we appreciate your patience as we make these adjustments.

There will be some updates on our service menu to attempt to simplify the booking process and avoid confusion with the online booking options. We will also be getting more strict about using the online booking website and/or booking your appointments in advance when leaving each appointment.

We will also be updating some of our policies and sending out a contract with acknowledgement of those policies to have on file for every client. This includes making sure all clients are fully notified of our existing cancellation/no show policy: any cancellation (or last minute reschedule) less than 24 hours in advance will result in an invoice being sent for the full price of the services missed and no new appointment may be scheduled until that is paid, that charge will not go toward future services.
