Just a reminder that my official policy for late cancellations and no-shows is to send an invoice for the full value of the missed appointment, and you will be unable to book a new appointment until that invoice is paid. That payment does not go towards future services. This information is on the bottom of every email confirmation that gets sent out.

When I don’t find out you can’t come in until too late for me to fill your appointment it means I don’t have spaces later that I’ve moved people up from to put you into, and it means I have to charge a cancellation fee or no-show fee because I cannot penalize my income and my household by sacrificing for someone who couldn’t come into their appointment.
