Can’t get the appointment you really want? Fill out our Cancellation List Form to get on the list and be notified when openings pop-up. We’re still in a pandemic which means there’s still clients cancelling on a semi-regular basis. You’re not on the list unless you fill out this form, and it’s always suggested to book SOMETHING because there might not be anything that opens up at a time that works for you.

Cancellation Policy Reminder

Just a reminder that my official policy for late cancellations and no-shows is to send an invoice for the full value of the missed appointment, and you will be unable to book a new appointment until that invoice is paid. That payment does not go towards future services. This information is on the bottom of every email confirmation that gets sent out.

I will do what is possible to avoid cancellation fees and do a quick turn around rescheduling your appointment when you give me advanced notice.

When I don’t find out you can’t come in until too late for me to fill your appointment it means I don’t have spaces later that I’ve moved people up from to put you into, and it means I have to charge a cancellation fee or no-show fee because I cannot penalize my income and my household by sacrificing for someone who couldn’t come into their appointment.
