I’ve been in our industry for over 20 years and have spent my whole career focusing on hair extensions. The hardest part of becoming the hair extension specialist I am today was figuring out what kind of classes to take, figuring out what methods would be best for my clients, and doing that without wasting money on classes full of Kool-Aid. I’ve spent a lot of time learning methods from a lot of companies and some were better than others. I’ve compiled information on which brands really excel at matching certain client hair textures, which brands can be ordered without expensive certification, which brands are worth the certification, and so much more.
Limited engagement classes:
April 7th, Happy Labs Edu x TGM (specialty collaboration 2 part class $30 and $100)
Upcoming classes:
Looking to level up your hair extension knowledge base? The Intro to Hair Extensions class is perfect for you. It gives you a strong background in how many methods of hair extensions exist, the similarities, the differences, and how to best choose what method for each client. This class is perfect for someone looking to see what direction to head in before taking expensive single method branded courses.
You know you want to focus on a specific method range? Easy, take our Tapes and I-tips class, our Fusions class, or our Everything Wefts class. These classes are great hands-on play sessions for stylists wanting a stronger base for these methods.
Already have a strong skill set and trying to decide how to better grow your clientele? Come to the Working with Models class. Learn how you can best utilize models and referral programs to bring in more business.
Established as a busy hair extension specialist already and not sure how to maximize your skill set? You would love our How to Stock class. This class goes over using both domestic and wholesale to build your own back stock. Learn the ins and out of stocking hair in your space, what companies are out there, and what to look for.
These pre-set classes are scheduled on Tuesdays with only 4 students per class as the maximum, so availability is limited. The fees are per person, since we’re working with all my tools rather than m providing class kits. That way you can determine for yourself which styles of tool you prefer to kit yourself with. I also teach customized classes on Sundays and Mondays for $150/hr (+$30/hr additional student).
To reserve your space book online by clicking on classes or ask for more information please email directly to ChristineDoesHair@gmail.com Please reach out if interested in a customized Sunday or Monday class.
